Saucy Chicken Thighs

This recipe is absolutely delicious! It’s simple, fast, and few ingredients (all of what can be used again so there’s no waste)!

For the chicken:
12 chicken thighs (bone out)*
6 teaspoons granulated garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red peppers
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

For the glaze:
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce

Place chicken thighs in a large zip bag and all add the garlic, olive oil, crushed red pepper and Italian seasoning. Seal and shake to fully combine all ingredients and coat the chicken.

Place chicken in a stoneware, or glass baking dish and bake on the middle rack at 425 degrees until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 170 degrees (about 25 minutes).

In a small saucepan, combine the ketchup, light brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Heat on medium heat until smooth.

Remove from oven and baste chicken with sauce. Place back in oven for about 5 minutes.

Serve with accompaniment of your choice.
