Pork Salad

A quick dinner! Who doesn’t love a good salad!

4 ounces boneless pork chop, diced
2 teaspoons Naturiffic Garlicky Lemon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup NaturSource Salad Topper (Organic)
Walmart Marketside Classic Iceberg Salad Mix
Dressing of choice (I used Kraftfoods Green Goddess)

Toss Salad mix with dressing of choice. Add salad topper and mix again. Plate and set aside.

In a small saucepan, add olive oil, season pork with the Naturiffic seasoning and, on medium-high heat, cook pork until the internal temperature reaches 165.

Add cooked pork to top of salad and enjoy!
