Makes 4 pounds

Ingredients
4 pounds ground turkey
6 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs, Italian style
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup orange bell pepper, diced
3 tablespoons Kosher salt
3 tablespoons Black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Place in a stoneware individual loaf pan and bake for 35-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Note: If using a single loaf pan, cupcake tins, or any other pan to bake meatloaf in, your cook time will vary. Check temperature accordingly after about 20 minutes.
