Angela’s Famous Salsa
Makes 5 Cups

3 cups Roma tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons jalapenos, fresh, seeded and finely diced
1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
1/2 cup white onion, diced
1/2 cup purple onion, diced
2 tablespoons green onion (green and white), diced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup orange bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
1 tablespoon hot sauce, plus more to taste

In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and gently mix with a spatula or slotted spoon. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Best served chilled. Stores up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
